This project will enable the people we support to develop and enhance skills which will be transferrable into education and employment opportunities. Brandon Trust is a registered charity supporting adults with learning disabilities. The funding would help the group purchase a 12x20ft poly tunnel .This equipment is essential for the growing of plants, vegetables on this site. The existing poly tunnel that needs replacing has been in use for many years and needs replacing due to the tunnels age and detrition. The people we support attend this group on a daily basis and gain valuable experience in horticulture. They are involved in every aspect from planning, cultivating and selling the goods they have grown. |
