With input from partners, FACT will develop an accessible and welcoming, fully equipped training room with free WiFi access, various laptops and tablets, including Apple and Android, a smart TV, comfortable informal seating and access to catering as required. We will run small group training sessions with trained tutors and volunteers, one to one sessions as needed, a drop in 'digital help' clinic and a series of evening sessions on a variety of contemporary topics, like secure online banking, identified by our initial questionnaire.
