Recipient Org: Description | We offer young people and communities opportunities to engage in creative activity in both educational and social care contexts through a number of projects that provide training, access to resources and expertise, within a freindly, safe and professional environment. This work is delivered often (but not exclusively) in partnership with other educational and social providers including Local Authorities, Sound Foundation Somerset, Youth Offending Teams, Leaving Care, Pupil Referral Units, SEN/D providers, Social Services, Focus5, Mental Health providers and others engaged in the provision of programmes to provide positive experiences for vulnerable and/or hard-to-reach young people and adults. In addition we also offer local people and organisations independent (self-financed) access to these opportunities. Whilst we have been able to negotiate the 'holding over' a degree of project funding that will enable us to 'compress' our provision post covid as far as possible, our income from independent sources and referrals has reduced to nothing since March. We have received the £10000 Small Business Grant. Please note re attachments: Our financial year has recently changed to run September 1st - August 31st so I have uploaded latest available accounts for info. Note in reference to numbers of beneficiaries sent to SCF. |
