Release Counselling and Therapy for Women is a community counselling project providing affordable counselling for vulnerable and isolated women in Brighton & Hove, experiencing any mental health distress. Funding was provided towards the costs of running a 10- week therapeutic group for new mums suffering from post-natal depression or anxiety called 'Mummyshock!'. The aim of the group is to nurture resilience and confidence in new mums.
