Brighton based Vincent Dance Theatre (VDT) is one of the country’s top dance/theatre organisations making work for distribution across the UK with a focus on gender equality and current social issues. VDT’s programme of activity engages with marginalised groups, in particular, young people, using creativity to give them a voice. Funding was provided to enable them to reach a further 15 boys/young men as part of their new project SHUT DOWN. It will pay for costs involved in running 12 open workshops at Brighton Youth Centre and Crew Club.
