'Times of Transition' is an innovative approach combining peer mentoring and blogging. This three year multi-region pilot will reduce future incidences of truancy and behavioural problems by developing the literacy, teamworking and resilience skills of 1,160 young people during transfer from primary to secondary school, with sustained support for a targeted group of 240 vulnerable young people.
