Recipient Org: Description Switch Up is a Community Interest Company in Nottingham founded by Marcellus Baz, a former gang member. It works with children and young people between the ages of 8-29 (focusing on 13-19) who are at risk of or already involved with gang and criminal activity. It uses a combination of sports, peer mentoring and coaching to help around 250 young people a year to transform their lives and move away from offending behaviour.
