Sheffield Young Carers supports local young people aged 8 to 25 who provide care for one or more family members who have disabilities, long-term physical illnesses, mental health difficulties and/or a problem with drugs or alcohol. Core funding will underpin strategic and operational growth. This grant will support the organisation to influence policy, raise awareness and replicate good practice regionally and nationally.
