The funding will be used to run 3 residential weekend workshops for 12-15 gay men living with HIV. Each weekend will include an introduction to mindfulness, meditation, yoga and art therapy. As ill mental health is shown to by high in those who are living with HIV the workshops aim to leave people with tools to carry on their own personal practice afterwards. Money will go towards residential costs, travel, trainer costs, resources.
