Training for Community Action (360G-tnlcomfund-0030045526)

With help from a Lottery grant Isle of Wight Pond Wardens will provide training for its members. Workshops and training days held at a local field studies centre with input from local experts will help to develop skills in both conservation issues and how to involve the wider community. The group will also hold a number of 'Pond Open Days' to encourage more people to volunteer with the group and to increase the public's knowledge.
