This is a project by a charity in Harrow. The group will use the funding to run a practical skills training course to become a DJ for people with disabilities suffering from low self esteem that will enable them to access the working environment, encouraging their future aspirations and developing pathways to employment. This will enable beneficiaries with low self esteem to break barriers to entering the workplace and enable them to reach their full potential.
