This is a project by a community group in Gloucester. The group will use the funding to run a series of sessions to offer young people from disadvantaged backgrounds the opportunity to learn skills in self-esteem, employability and teamwork. This will enable the beneficiaries to learn new skills which will enhance their future employment prospects.
