This project will support lone parents with a child aged 3 - 5 to move closer to and into employment through the provision of tailored intensive employability support. The support will be provided by a key worker and will follow a personal development plan for each lone parent. Key workers will be based in four community settings in Cambuslang/Rutherglen, Hamilton/Blantyre, Clydesdale/Larkhall and East Kilbride.
