This voluntary organisation is working to raise community interest in securing the future of Cockenzie House and Gardens. The groups idea is to develop the 18th century house and its walled gardens into a hub for community activity including a café, a flexible meeting space and visitor accommodation. The grant will pay for the cost of having the property valued, the production of a feasibility study and the production of a business plan.
