This one year project will make the local community stronger by enabling 120 local people to become involved in the development of detailed designs, business plan and full planning and costings for the PIC. The grant will fund the costs of an architect and associated professional fees to take the project to full planning permission and to engage a consultant to prepare an appropriate business plan and capacity building programme for the construction of a community facility.
