This new project, based on a successful pilot, will engage young people (13-24) identified as NEET across West Sussex in volunteering activities to improve their confidence, skills and aspirations. Each young person's needs will be assessed and an intensive 12-week activity plan created, enabling them to complete a volunteer placement and capitilise on their skills afterwards. Referrals will be made by partners such as Youth Contract, Chichester College, Shaw Trust, Catch 22 and Job Centre Plus. _x000B__x000B__x000B__x000B__x000B_
