The group's idea is to purchase a bakery in the village of New Pitsligo and develop this into a social enterprise, preserving local jobs and a vital service to the community. The grant will pay for the costs of obtaining an independent valuation of the bakery, a review of its accounts, surveys of the building and specialist advice/market intelligence on food production and lines.
