This is a continuation of an existing project by Home-Start Tameside and Oldham (HSTO) to provide support to families across Tameside who have at least one child under the age of five and are experiencing stress such as through post natal depression, multiple births, disability and debt. In Tameside, there has been a dramatic increase in families affected by substantial debt, who are struggling to provide basics such as heating and food and without support would face eviction and homelessness. _x000B__x000B_
