The aim of this new project is to improve the health and wellbeing and support the recovery of adults and young people experiencing or at risk of mental health problems in Shoeburyness, Southend. This will be achieved by delivering social and therapeutic gardening activities, peer support, work experience and community collaboration. This will also offer an opportunity for work experience with the chance to gain a qualification in horticulture.
