The Stirling Girlzone project will provide a range of activities for at least 90 young women living in regeneration areas. Potential trainers will be identified through local volunteer groups and given training in exercise to music and a demand led programme of classes will be provided in locations throughout the area. These will include aerobics and boxercise and other similar forms of activity. These classes will be provided free of charge and there will be childcare facilities as required.
