'Fit 4 U' Project (360G-tnlcomfund-0030129002)
This two-year project will deliver a range of physical activities (for example, arm chair aerobics, aqua aerobics, walking, indoor bowls, swimming, wheelchair basketball) for 59 people with physical and or sensory disabilities within the Armagh, Dungannon and Moy areas. A Project Development Officer will be employed to coordinate and deliver the project. Volunteers, care workers and community development workers will be trained in introducing exercise to people who lead sedentary lifestyles. _x000B_
