Liase with families who have Children with Disabilities (360G-tnlcomfund-0030133164)

The project will provide assistance and support to enable children aged five - sixteen with a range of learning difficulties to access mainstream social, leisure and recreational activities. It will do this by allocating an appropriate volunteer to each child and will focus mainly on the BME community where the need is greatest. The project will increase access to a range of activities for children with learning difficulties and promote their integration within the community._x000B__x000B_
