The HELIX 'creating living connections' (360G-tnlcomfund-0030135481)
The HELIX is an ambitious project to transform the landscape between Falkirk and Grangeworth into a thriving environmental community. Its vision is to create sustainable 'living connections' by providing access to 400 hectares of new greenspace and woodland with 350,000 new trees, 11km of new paths and cycleways and major public artworks. The Forth and Clyde canal will be reconnected to the Forth Estuary through a new stretch of canal and 'Kelpie' Boat Lift, creating the world's largest equine sculptures.
