The grant will go towards necessary re-design of the Halton Lea Library to create appropriate learning/ community spaces. Programmes of new activities would be led by the community and stakeholders aimed at engaging the target groups. With the new layout a crèche, practical and creative learning experiences and increased floor spaces can be offered for activities.
