The project will promote community development and regeneration through providing volunteering, training and job opportunities to local people. This will be done through the staged development of a community garden (on the site of the historic walled garden of the Earl of Mar's Estate) which will incorporate a café, play area, workshops, training unit, gardening areas and adventure course - which are separate capital projects.
