Extend one-to-one support & outreach for people with mental health concerns (360G-tnlcomfund-0030141123)
The project will extend the one-to-one support and outreach services provided by this self-help group to allow an additional 147 people with mental health concerns in the Cowal Peninsula area to improve their self-esteem and move on to training and employment opportunities. The project also seeks to reduce the hospital admission rate of beneficiaries in relation to mental health issues by providing a counselling service.
