Home-Start South Holland for families in the South Holland area of Lincs will continue to provide its volunteer outreach, support service to hard to reach families coping with various difficulties such as isolation and health problems, using parent volunteers who understand the challenges they face. This includes providing assistance on a range of complex issues such as parenting and finances at a time when the number of families with young children has increased and state funded services are decreasing.
