Community Energy Development Fund (360G-tnlcomfund-0031000397)
This is an innovative and strategic project to provide seed funding for the high-risk stage of community energy projects. It is being jointly managed by Robert Owen Community Banking Fund Ltd, with extensive experience in financing community projects, and Community Energy Wales, a membership organisation of grass roots community energy groups. The project will benefit around 35 community organisations across Wales. The grant will pay for one full time and one part time salary, recruitment and running costs.
