This project will work in Fleetwood to promote equality, maximise opportunities and improve the health and wellbeing of young people aged 16-21 living with disabilities. A wide range of sessions will focus on health, physical activities, education and employability, as well as developing options that lead to further education, independent living and community inclusion. Activities will build skills and confidence, and participants will engage in the wider community through volunteering and work placements.
