The project will deliver a sustainable future for women’s and disabled tailoring groups in two regions of Tanzania. It will provide refurbished sewing machines and deliver practical and business training to these groups. It will also identify and train regional networks of sewing machine mechanics who will maintain the machines into the future.

Actif Woods Wales provides woodland activities for health and wellbeing in 7 locations across Wales. Activities will include walking, outdoor gym, bushcraft, conservation skills, ecology, arts and crafts, mindfulness. Participants will improve their health, gain new skills, and progress towards further opportunities, either volunteering or jobs.

A person-centred approach, working with referred young people who are outside statutory services. Together, developing and supporting their wishes for their future lives through one-to-one and group work to overcome barriers, develop essential skills, re-engage with statutory services, education and their communities, enabling them to move into/closer to employment.

We will boost ecological resilience within nature reserves of the Wye catchment through restoration, enhancement and management of a range of natural habitats of local and national importance. The project will also encourage local communities to learn more of this precious biodiversity and participate in enlarging and connecting key sites.

To improve quality of place at the Llandrindod Wells Lake Park, the project will create a fully accessible boardwalk and bird hide allowing community access to observe wildlife including interpretation boards. 2 new fishing platforms constructed from a recyclable material will also be installed to support green infrastructure

Improve community facilities at Cwmtwrch RFC, to create a warm, accessible, comfortable facility, which will provide opportunities for the community to meet and socialise. We want to create a Hub for the community, to engage with its residents, create social inclusion, improve health and well being and provide access to services.

The funding will be used to support individuals and the community through the delivery of shopping, prescriptions and deliveries from the local food bank. We also want to enable the club to resume its transport services as soon as possible serving around 500 members.

To support more Young Carers and their families as well as Adult Carers and their families with telephone / online and community based support. To achieve this, we want to train and support formal and informal volunteers coming forward to help.

Free delivered lunch to 100 households, drop in, library books delivery, leaflet drops to all households, Stay and Play on line, creative/play packs to be delivered to families, strengthening of volunteer group through training and support, reach out to people who have not taken up services yet.

Re- opening of community facilities and increased opportunities for children and families to access support and activities in their local community, which will promote improved mental health and social well being.

Our unique "Companions" model will provide a rapid, bespoke response to vulnerable citizens needing individualised support to overcome fear of engaging in community life as a result of shielding, having been home bound, experiencing a build up of anxiety, fear, depression and isolation as a result of Covid-19 and lockdown.

We aim to enlarge and enhance this community building and outdoor space to better fit the needs of the local community, achieving improved accessibility for those with a disability. These improvements will increase the sustainability of the building, improve energy efficiency, whilst providing community spaces that are welcoming for all.

The Arches, Rhayader, is all set to help people tackle living through a pandemic; offering a Dial-A -Delivery service; a Foodbank and engaging with the community to find out what they need and would like to improve their lives at this time and responding with services to fit.

Adventures in Nature will support the conservation of local biodiversity in the Welshpool area for future generations. We will do this by delivering a series of events and training days and 50 creative outdoor and forest school sessions with primary schools and the local community.

Creation of a large community indoor garden area from derelict space in the town centre - to be a focal point for organisations generating solutions to environmental decline and social challenge in the local and wider community to meet, work together, educate and escalate the scope of their work.
