This group will use the funding to support veterans, who have post-traumatic stress disorder and other mental and physical disabilities, to communicate with each other online. Those who are housebound will be able to network with each other and access weekly online meetings to relieve isolation.

A new roof will be installed to a rural community building with this funding. This will ensure its continued use, as the current roof is old and showing defects.

This is a continuation of a Reaching Communities project that provides counselling for Plymouth families suffering from domestic abuse. The project aims to prevent and repair the effects of trauma in children, young adults and parents.
