The funding will be used by this group to complete the final phase of refurbishment to the village hall, replacing unsafe doors, windows and flooring. This will enable continued and improved use of a facility used by the wider community.
â€˜Restorative Practiceâ€™ training sessions will be provided with the funding. The training will enable participants to support young people who have been affected by bullying, giving them a better chance in life.
Cor/2/3 - Atlantic and Moor Working Together 03 Feb 2017
This project will target 750 economically inactive and unemployed adults from the Atlantic and Moor area of Cornwall, helping them into education, training, job seeking or employment. It will develop hubs in the deprived areas of Bodmin in the Kinsman Estate, Monument Way, Berryfields Estate, Berderska Court and Newquay Gannel in the Trenance Estate. The project will also operate in smaller more rural towns of Bude including Stratton in the East, Tintagel and Launceston in the North East.
Soft Skill Co-Design 08 Mar 2017
This group will use the funding to provide soft skills training for young people in the local area. This will improve their employable skills, leading to better chances in life.
Penwith Engagement Project; Phase Two. 01 Feb 2017
This group will use the funding to carry out further restoration works and interior repairs of the library building in this rural location. This will improve and ensure continued use of this community building.
Therapy sessions will be delivered to adults who have mental health problems. This will improve their self-esteem, confidence and ability to cope with a range of situations.
Lanner Hill Scout Group - Shipping Container 22 Mar 2017
This group will use the funding to purchase a shipping container for their scout building. The container will provide the group with safe and accessible storage for their equipment and increase their effectiveness and capacity to deliver activities for young people in the area.
Growing Our Community 01 Feb 2017
The funding will be used to improve facilities and equipment, such as an interactive white board, photocopier, books and a public address system. This will enable the group to increase the number of participants and the amount of events and workshops for them to enjoy, helping reduce social isolation in a rural area.
Berryfields Youth Project 06 Sep 2017
The funding will be used to run a weekly youth club. The project aims to allow children and young people to take part in activities to reduce their feelings of isolation and discourage antisocial behaviour.
Neighbourhood Plan Consultation 22 Nov 2017
The funding will be used by the Town Council to run engagement activities to encourage young people to contribute to their Neighbourhood Plan on affordable housing, the environment, open spaces and landscapes. The project aims to make sure the right information and resources are available to the whole community.

Warm and Dry for Winter 21 Jun 2017
The local church’s heating system will be replaced with this funding, improving the facilities available in this community, reducing rural isolation.
Security fencing will be installed on the organisation’s girl guiding campsite. This will improve levels of safety for the group’s members and enhance the versatility of the site.
An adventure play trail will be created at the school using this funding, including a rock climbing wall, a tunnel, stepping stones and a clatter bridge. This will encourage children to engage in exercise, leading to healthier lifestyles.

A housing study will be delivered with this funding, which will guide land use activities in the local area. This will ultimately lead to a shared community vision in how the local area will grow and change in the future.

The funding will be used to run a variety of activities for older isolated people in local community. These include dance calluses, mentoring opportunities, plumbing and electrical workshops, and cultural outings. The project aims to provide older people with the opportunity to build strong social relationships and develop new skills.

This group will use the funding to expand their outdoor activity programme for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Asperger’s Syndrome. This will improve their support service and enable more people to gain confidence and improved life skills through taking part in the activities.
