Additional Security - Safeguarding the Allotments 15 Mar 2017

The group will install perimeter fencing and security lighting around their allotment area. This will provide the community with a safer place for growing activities, with the aim of reducing further vandalism and antisocial behaviour at the site.

This project is the delivery of physical activity sessions and team games, mainly targeting people with complex issues and disabilities. This will improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Bentley Cricket Clubs 08 Feb 2017

This project is after school and holiday cricket sessions for children and young people. This will provide structured, diversionary things to do out of school hours, with the aim of reducing crime and antisocial behaviour.

Healthy Body Healthy Mind (HBHM) 01 Mar 2017

This project is a series of health based activities, including exercise sessions and discussion workshops, for people with autism. This will encourage participation in physical activities and provide the opportunity to discuss issues pertaining to them, with the aim of reducing obesity and promoting wellbeing.

Engage and Energise 03 May 2017

The group will deliver a programme of physical activities and wellbeing sessions to new students starting at their centre including boxing, circuit training, healthy eating and relationship building, leading to obtaining a health qualification.

Conisborough Leaders 11 Apr 2017

The funding will be used by a primary school to run a programme of volunteering training. The project aims to provide volunteers with accredited awards, and allow them to support activities during school holidays, after school and during evenings for young people/children to improve their skills, wellbeing and aspirations.

Community Consultation Project for Barnby Dun 17 May 2017

The group will run a community consultation exercise, with regards to utilising the church hall as a community building. This will enable the group to ascertain the needs and priorities of local people and establish what events and activities should be delivered, with the aim of reducing isolation.
