Liv/2/1 - Include-IT Mersey 03 Feb 2017
The funding will be used to support 750 people are experiencing digital exclusion in Liverpool city. The project aims to help people aged 18 and above, with a targeted focus on people aged 45 and over as well as others for whom digital inclusion is a key barrier to progression.
The funding will be used by a primary school to install an outdoor gym for pupils. The project aims to provide an opportunity for pupils to exercise in a safe, stimulating environment and improve their behaviour during break times.
The Arts of Noise 08 Feb 2017
The funding will be used to hold creative art sessions for young people who are experiencing mental health issues, showing signs of self-harm, emotional instability and violence towards others. The creative art sessions will be used as a tool to help increase their confidence and give them the communication tools to express themselves. Additionally the young people will gain accreditations which aims to further motivate them to take part in other skills building workshops.
A Gem of A Community 25 Jan 2017
The group encourages children and young people in Liverpool to work with their community to improve their quality of life. Many of them, ranging from ages 8 to 19, have low self-esteem and limited expectations of what they can achieve. The Junior Youth Club will offer a range of sessions include performing arts and homework support groups. The Senior Youth Club will run courses in sports leadership and youth work qualifications, as well as topics including cultural awareness and sexual health.
Wellbeing Inclusion programme. 15 Feb 2017
The funding will be used by a school to run a wellbeing inclusion programme to promote, enhance and embed positive wellbeing into the routines of students. The project aims to help students to reduce their anxiety levels and to improve their behaviour, attainment and achievement.

The funding will be used to run mosaic workshops for people who are recovering from a stroke. The creative activity will act as a therapy to support the physical and cognitive rehabilitation of the stroke survivor. The project aims to encourage stroke survivors to develop relationships which will support further improvement in their health and wellbeing.

The funding will be used to run Diversity Awareness Workshops for young people to learn about hate crime and how to respond to it. The project aims to strengthen the community by equipping students with the skills to challenge and combat hate crimes and the knowledge of where to acquire appropriate support.

The funding will be used by a voluntary organisation to hold a series of presentations based on mental health, suicide and physical health to raise awareness of the issues that many men face alone. The project aims to provide help and support to men in the community that may be suffering from mental health issues or may know someone who needs support.

The funding will be used to run hold holiday clubs for children in the community, including various fun activities such as arts and crafts, trampolining, gymnastics and more. The project aims to provide families in the area with a safe, fun place for children to go during the school holidays.

The funding will be used to run exercise and healthy lifestyle sessions for isolated older people, and train local volunteers to become health advocates and activity leaders. The project aims to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of participants and re-engage them in their community.
The group will work with young people to run a landscaping project as a commemorative celebration.

The group will provide confidence building workshops and activities for women. This will encourage women to identify and develop their strengths and will increase their skills, confidence and self esteem.
Discovery's Residential 03 May 2017
The funding will be used to run a residential weekend activity for children and young people, some of whom have hearing impairments. The project will allow people to take part in outdoor activities together, creating an opportunity for increased awareness and understanding of hearing impairment and its impact.
Routes To Recovery 02 Aug 2017
The funding will be used to run creative art and wellbeing sessions for people recovering from substance misuse. Participants will create a performance piece based on their experiences which will be performed for others with substance misuse problems. The project aims to raise awareness of the agencies and peer support available in the community to help former addicts remain substance free after detoxification and rehabilitation from prison.

The funding will be used to offer young people in the local area the opportunity to access drug awareness and social support sessions. The project aims to support those with drug addictions and engage them in regular activities with the aim of raising awareness of the consequences of drug abuse.
