The project will benefit people living in Pembrokeshire, who define themselves as high functioning autistic. It will be led by a steering group comprised of people with the condition, and deliver specialist one to one advocacy, peer advocacy, and a training programme aimed at statutory services. The funding, over two years, will pay for salaries and project delivery costs.

Mothers Affection Matters CIC in Pembrokeshire will use the grant to pilot a series of Train the Trainer workshops to extend the reach of their 'Changing the Story' (CtS) programme, which uses storytelling to support and empower women who have experienced trauma. Project Summary : PLANED will train community based mentors to provide IT and digital support services to beneficiaries within Pembrokeshire. Individuals will be up-skilled to become more socially active and increase their knowledge on reducing household bills, benefits advice and job searching. A digital outreach service will support community halls to work collaboratively. What Money is for : The grant over 5 years will cover 90% of the full time project co-ordinators salary, and general running costs.
