Providing a helpline, legal advice clinics and in-depth legal support to enable families to have a greater say about the care and support provided for their children.
The organisation will run an expanded month long festival, with the object of engaging and promoting integration of refugee communities, and forms part of a wider programme of cultural and information events. There will be a celebration of refugee arts, information and culture, a community event to share food and culture, a football tournament and smaller community events.
TPP3 - Tech & Talk 29 May 2018
The project will run IT activities for socially isolated older people. The sessions will be supported by younger volunteers from a local sixth form college. The project will take place in local cafes and will offer a safe and welcoming environment for over 55's to socialise and learn basic technology skills. The project aims to help reduce isolation by bringing people together to learn new skills.
