The group will use the funding to install outdoor play equipment for older children to aid their development in this rurally isolated area. This will increase community play facilities.

The group will use the funding to commission a sculptor to work with nursery children to design specialist wooden play equipment to be housed in their play area. This will improve the facilities of the group and encourage imaginative play amongst the children.

The group will use the funding to replace their village hallâ€™s driveway and carpark as it is currently unfit for purpose and proving to be an obstacle for older people and wheel chair users. This will improve this community facility ensuring its continued use by ensuring safe access for the whole community.
Village Hall heating upgrade project 29 Jul 2015
The group will use the funding to improve the heating and toilet facilities at the hall so that they conform to current health and safety regulations. This will allow the varied community groups who use the hall to continue doing so which will help reduce social isolation.
Travels - Storytelling workshops and performance 26 Oct 2016
This project will deliver a series of creative workshops for adults living with disabilities. This will improve the wellbeing of people taking part through developing self-confidence and challenging issues surrounding isolation through creative activities.
Creative Playtime Project 02 Dec 2015
The group will use the funding to install new creative play equipment for children with additional educational needs who are experiencing the effects of social isolation. This will challenge issues surrounding isolation through encouraging positive communication and interactive play.

The group will use the funding to resurface their outdoor play area which is currently unsafe to use in wet weather conditions. This will improve facilities for children and encourage them to engage in healthy outdoor physical activity.

The group will use the funding to clear silt from Alderton Village Pond which is a focal point for the local community. This will address the damage the silt is currently causing to the ponds infrastructure and ensure it continues to be a safe recreational facility for the community.
