This group will organise an informal event for friends and families of missing people from across Scotland. The event will be held in Edinburgh in December 2017, and people from across Scotland will be invited to attend and meet other people in similar circumstances and share their experiences.

Chill Out Zone (COZ) 08 Jun 2007
The Chill Out Zone in Bathgate. 300 young people aged 12 - 20 will benefit from extended opening hours on Friday evenings and weekends. The project will also help young people to access volunteering opportunities. Young people who are socially excluded such as 'looked after' and accommodated young people, teenage mothers and LGBT young people. The grant will meet the salary costs of two new full time project workers.
Pass It On (Good mental health for All) 10 Jul 2018
This project will fund people with learning disabilities (LDs), support workers and future health care professionals to work together to improve understanding and treatment of the mental health problems of people with LDs. 72 people with LDs will be trained as advocates with the presence of health care students who at the same time as supporting them will increase their awareness of the issues these people face. The LD advocates (with support) will facilitate peer support groups for other people with LDs.

This project will encourage and support vulnerable and disadvantaged young people in Edinburgh and the Lothians to volunteer. This project uses caring for animals as a means of intervention and has proved to be successful in motivating socially excluded young people. The grant will fund 2 full time members of staff._x000B_

This project will support the young people through befriending and mentoring, building their confidence and resilience to the challenges that the young people face. The project will support the young people matching them with an appropriate mentor.

This group will deliver a 40 week programme of creative arts sessions for young people. This will support health and wellbeing by creating a safe space where small groups of young people can express their thoughts and feelings through the use of various mediums.

RNIB will refurbish and refit the part of the lower floor of the Centre for Sensory Impaired People in Glasgow to provide a learning centre for blind or partially sighted people, a call centre to provide employment and an Internet cafÃ© that will be run as a social enterprise. The grant will be used for fittings and furnishings, services and works, professional fees and structural work.
This group will run weekly dance movement sessions for older people. The sessions will take place in hospital wards and sheltered housing associations. Those involved will be people with a range of physical disabilities, patients recovering from strokes and people living with dementia. The grant will fund dance tutor fees, administration and teacher support/team meetings.
Colour Brush in Darkness 20 Dec 2010
This group will run an arts project for young people who are blind or visually impaired. It will consist of lessons and classes in drawing and painting, culminating in two exhibitions to showcase the young people's work. The grant will fund specialist tutor costs, materials, exhibitions, travel and management.
This group provide housing advice to people with disabilities, older people and military veterans. The funding will be used to deliver a programme of outreach events in rural locations.
Entertainment and Transport 16 Jan 2019
This group will use the funding to continue to run its weekly clubs for socially isolated/housebound older people and older people with dementia, supporting people to connect with others in their local community and helping to reduce social isolation.

The Scottish Wildlife's Trust's idea is to create an environmental education programme for young people throughout Scotland. Through enabling access to the environment and wildlife, the group aim to empower young people across Scotland to actively make decisions about their environment to actively champion change. The grant will fund an education consultant, expenses and marketing costs.
Wellbeing through Volunteering 22 Feb 2017
This environmental organisation supports children, young people and elderly people through a variety of outdoor conservation opportunities. The funding will be used to deliver two environmental volunteering programmes supporting people experiencing poor mental health: an 8-week environmental programme for youth and a training volunteering programme for adults.
