This group promotes growth and personal development amongst young people. Grant will allow the group to meet the costs of a community consultation and feasibility study to establish the costs involved in bringing the scout hall to a safe and comfortable standard for use by the whole community.
This group provide a professional mountain rescue service. The grant will allow the group to purchase thermal imaging equipment to improve its search activities, helping to locate casualties much quicker and more safely and ultimately increase survival rates. The grant will be used to fund handheld thermal imaging camera.
This group provides fundraising through various events and activities in order to support the school and purchase items which are additional to education council requirements and will improve facilities. The grant will enable the group to purchase interactive whiteboards which would be used for many activities including at homework clubs, information evenings for parents and the development of language skills. This group from Kelso provides social and recreational activities for the local community. The grant would enable the group to improve their facilities.The grant will allow the group to purchase new chairs and a carpet for the snooker room.

The grant would be used to sustain 3 before school, 3 after school and 3 holiday places for children aged between 3-12 years old. The additional funding is needed due to problems with recruiting staff and lower occupancy and fee income than predicted. Approximately 2 of the 3 places are filled on a regular basis.

A Second World War Veteran from Clovenfords has been awarded a grant towards travel costs for a commemorative visit to Belgium in April of this year. Funding has also been provided for a carer to travel with the Veteran.
This group provides pre-school education and play opportunities for children. Grant will allow the group to purchase new equipment and introduce new and varied activities for the children which will encourage their development.
