This joint initiative, led by South Lanarkshire Council, aims to address youth offending by mapping and connecting current services, working together with families, piloting new interventions in Rutherglen and Cambuslang and then rolling them out to the whole local authority.
Time for Change (Happiness is Homemade) 20 Sep 2017
This group will support vulnerable and at risk young women, aged between 15–24 . The project will work to improve the young womens' ability to cope with life and work towards a better future . Activities will include dedicated 1:1 support, 24hr telephone support, mediation, advocacy, practical role modelling, and social activities including topic based groupwork.
This group will use the funding to refurbish and upgrade their playground area to include an outdoor classroom, an orchard, trees, bushes and a vegetable area. The project will allow the pupils the use the outdoor more for play purposes and develop the skills of the pupils.
Making Friends 01 Nov 2017
This organisation will use the funding to develop a ‘Making Friends’ project which will involve older people coming together one Sunday a month to participate in light activities, enjoy a nourishing meal and socialise.
This group will use the funding to regenerate the playground, and transform an unused area of land to support outdoor learning and horticulture.

This group supports people from ethnic minority backgrounds living in South Lanarkshire and this funding will allow them to deliver a music project for young people in the area.
STABLE SPACE 29 Nov 2017
This group, based in East Kilbride, will deliver a 10 week support programme for 15 young people aged 14 to 24 years old who are experiencing mental health issues and who have disengaged from education or employment.
Stonehouse Diversonary Football Committee 31 May 2017
This group aims to support and deliver a range of youth led activities benefiting young people from Larkhall, Stonehouse, Strathaven and surrounding areas. The funding will be used to support the group’s start-up costs and to deliver regular football training for young people in the area.
Lanark Grammar Nurture Group 21 Aug 2017
This group offers disadvantaged S1 pupils an opportunity to take part in a breakfast session within a supportive and calm environment that mimics that within a family environment. The funding will support the breakfast element of the programme and also allow the young people to take part in a team building trip to Wiston Lodge.

The group will use the funding to hire additional space to allow them to deliver additional peer support activities and holistic therapies for adults suffering mental ill health in the Lanark area.
This charity will use funding to purchase equipment for a new community play café targeted at young families in Hamilton.

This group aim to support families by creating an engaging space for children to play in while parents and carers take some time out of their busy lives to build friendships. People who drop into the Café may be facing a range of challenges in their lives which has made them feel isolated and lonely. Through the creation of a safe space the group aims to build confidence in people by connecting them to each other and organisations that may be able to support them in overcoming their challenges.

This group will use funding to deliver a programme for parents with dependent children who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues which are impacting negatively on their children or family life. Parents will receive tailored support in the form of group work and one to one counselling.

This group will use the funding to hold a one off Summer fun day. This will promote the Jumpin' Jacks toddler group and encourage new input from families with children under 5 years of age in the area.
ANGELS Additional Needs Groups 29 May 2018
This charity will use funding to continue to deliver their COVEY Angels group until November 2019, providing social activities and support with life skills for young people in Hamilton and East Kilbride with additional support needs.
Caring Together and the Carer's Act 26 Jul 2018
This charity will use funding to provide information to unpaid carers around the Carer’s Act and the rights it affords them. This will take the form of outreach information sessions in various public venues across South Lanarkshire, four information fayres across the local authority and newsletters to highlight current issues to carers.
