Little Persons guide to West Berkshire 20 Jun 2005
This branch offers information and support on pregnancy, childbirth and early parenthood. With a Lottery grant it will produce a 'Little Persons Guide to West Berkshire'. This publication will detail all local services, amenities and activities with the emphasis on pre school and toddler age. The booklet will made available free to child care professionals and services with a nominal charge to others.

This childbirth trust provides support and information to ante and post natal parents. The project is to provide training for new volunteers at the organisation and provide specialist training for three trainees in the form of antenatal teaching and a breastfeeding counsellor.
The group will send two members on an antenatal teacher training course and a postnatal leader training course. They will set up three baby support groups across their region for children aged 9-18 months and a homebirth support group. The group will also send two members to the National NCT conference.
This group will use funding to provide a new 'Early Days' postnatal drop-in service for new parents. This will be open to new people and advertised in the local area.
This is a project by a charity in London serving beneficiaries in Warwickshire, West Midlands. The funding will be used to advertise a childcare facility offering young mothers postnatal and breastfeeding support from trained professionals. This will provide women with vital health related information.

This group will use an award to train a new antenatal teacher, pay for delegates to attend the National Childbirth Trust conference and supply maternity and baby support packs to families on low incomes. The project aims to provide more and better support to new parents in the local area.
NCT Monmouth & District 'Reaching Out' 30 Mar 2011
Monmouth & District Branch of the National Childbirth Trust will promote their activities throughout Monmouthshire to enable parents who need additional support to be made aware of the services available to them. The project meets the Awards for All aim of 'extending access and participation'. This grant for Â£4,800 will fund 3 newsletters, information leaflets and postcards.
NCT Bumps & Babes 10 Dec 2008
This group will use funding to develop its weekly mother and baby group by moving to larger premises, allowing them to meet increased demand and support more parents. Geared towards women during pregnancy and the first year of parenthood, it gives them the chance to meet, socialise and discuss concerns with other parents in a safe and supportive environment. The group will be widely advertised to reach a wider target audience.

This is a project by a charity in the Malvern Hills serving beneficiaries across Worcestershire. The group will use funding to set up and run weekly drop-in groups for mothers and pregnant women, to provide them with information and support about breastfeeding. This will help to reduce beneficiaries' worries and concerns and lead to improved health and wellbeing for both mother and baby.
