to deliver x2 eight week free training and coaching programme including x1 part subsidised Women seminars over 12 months duration. This has been improved and adapted from previous run programmes to enable women to gain confidence, reduce their isolation and improve positive changes in their life, careers and businesses.

The building features that are needed to take Timperley Community Boxing Club into the future: • Floor space for boxing training • The floor space to be ¼ - ¾ divided to be used as a when for possible dance / yoga sessions / community use • Sufficient space to hold boxing shows / competitions (thus drawing the community together) • Viewing area for public and parents. • Small equipped kitchenette • Male / Female / Disabled Toilets, showers and changing facilities. • Storage area • Separate Weights area • 1 large boxing ring • Larger floor space for training and other community groups to use (approx 160sqm) • 15 bags • Suitable car parking
Partington Community Health and Social Group 26 Nov 2018
Our project aims to improve the health and wellbeing of the people of partington and neighbouring areas by increasing physical activity through dance. It provides a social outlet for different age groups and also physical ability/disabilities. We want to encourage both older and younger members and those who live alone to participate, build friendships and provide a greater community spirit whilst remaining active and having fun.
Fitness for Body and Mind 24 Nov 2018
Exercises (more chair based) are performed, this will enable all participants to develop and improve physical and mental health. We also aim through our exercise programmes to reduce anxiety, enhance mood and improve self-esteem
Our project will develop our work with women who use violence in their intimate relationships and expand our pilot of behaviour change work across Trafford and then Greater Manchester.
Phase 1 Turn Moss improvements 16 Nov 2018
This is the first stage in a tiered approach to achieve lasting improvements for Turn Moss and will build on recent volunteer work. We need the tools to allow us to engage with present users and publicize the site and the work of Friends of Turn Moss. The changing rooms need improving, to halt the decline in sporting use and encourage new users.

Our Scout group needs money to purchase camping equipment to provide outdoor provisions for our young people. The camping equipment are not bought for one event but for camping events for the years to come.
We will employ a debt counselling manager to support individuals and families with a debt problem.
As well as a taste of the food and drinks from Africa, the day will be an opportunity to meet with the people in the Sale west community and introduce them to the services we offer women and their family. It will be a great opportunity to network with people in the community especially those who are passionate about making a difference particularly in the areas of deprivation, poverty, unity and diversity
to expand what we offer to Autistic kids by providing 3 classes including the original animation class that is self funding, a new animation class and starting a new class, entitled Technically Brilliant.
Limelight Table Tennis Club 12 Oct 2018
The only barrier at present to opening the session to the wider public is that we have access to only one table. We would like to use the money from the Micro Grant to purchase two fold away indoor table tennis tables to be stored at the Limelight Community Centre.
Talentmatch Plus 09 Oct 2018
Three years ago G-Force were commissioned to run a project in Altrincham, Sale and the surround area called 'Talentmatch'. This is a nationwide project that offered intense support to Young people (aged 18 to 24) who are long term unemployed and distant from employment. This support could last up to 18 months and aimed to get them into a job and help them keep it. This project comes to an end in November.

Wicketz is a community cohesion programme which uses cricket as a catalyst to change the lives of 8- 16 year olds from disadvantaged backgrounds in Trafford, Gorton and Salford. Through regular cricket delivery and targeted personal development sessions, we aim to empower young people to think and behave more positively in their social, home and school lives.

The project enables the Young people to participate in crime prevention workshops and lectures. Sharing information on misguided behaviours and increasing knowledge on rehabilitation, safeguarding, consequences, prison life; whilst developing “stay safe” interventions.
