Volunteer programme to support Older People 23 Nov 2005
The project supports older people in Kensington & Chelsea to establish and maintain a volunteer programme to help older volunteers and the local community. Focussing on older refugees, older people with learning disabilities, older carers and older people from BME communities, the intention is to develop older people's potential to benefit others in the community, as well as enabling older people to live independently.
A project by this older people's community group in Lambeth to provide outings and trips to enable people to socialise and increase their self esteem.

Musical Moving Dance for People with Parkinsons 01 Jul 2010
This is a project by a community group based in Merton. The group will use the funding to run dance workshops for people living with Parkinson's Disease in order to promote health and wellbeing for those people taking part. The project will encourage people living with Parkinson's to take part in dance activities as part of a regular exercise regime.

This project will establish two clubs for older people, which will encourage interaction with young people to break down barriers and misconceptions. Older people will teach younger people about knitting and crocheting, bringing people together to build strong relationships.

This new project has been established to develop services, strategy and resources, which were identified by young people as lacking in the borough for disabled children and young people. The project will be planned, delivered and managed entirely by young people and a dedicated Young People's Forum has been set up to facilitate this.
This new project will increase representation of young people within Solace Women's Aid and develop specialist support for young people (aged 10-21) affected by domestic violence. The group also plans to support young people to develop an educational resource and distribute this amongst schools, specialist youth and domestic violence services.
