Crocky Trail Trip 01 Jan 2018
a day trip to Crocky Trail in Chester for the whole division. The Crocky Trail is an outside adventure course which will enable the girls to try out new challenges and to encourage physical exercise out of doors.
Young Womens Group 14 Mar 2018
The project will offer weekly sessions for young women up to the age of 19 years old in the Sale Moor area. The sessions offer film nights, beauty nights, self defense, personal safety classes, body image sessions, sexual health sessions, and trips to the cinema, plays and shows quiz nights. The activities provide a platform for the young women to explore the world from their perspective, explore changes they would like to happen and develop strategies to affect change.
Games for the Brain group 09 Apr 2018
Games for the Brain is a new group that encourages social interaction and physical activity. Most of the people who attend are living with dementia, but we are welcoming to older people who might benefit from our activities.

We aim to provide a ‘creative safe space’ for children and young people to begin conversations about online safety and child sexual exploitation. The way we do this is through interactive workshops in schools and community spaces. If they feel comfortable talking about it, the likelihood is they will share their knowledge with each other and their peers, they will also recognise the warning signs and it will flag up potential risky behaviour.

In order to support the volunteers to deliver best practise at their sessions and to ensure the participants receive a quality experience we are keen to support the volunteers to become trained in first aid.

The project is a junior club which has been running for 7 years and currently it is being delivered from the Fuse in Partington for young people ages 7 to 11 years old running Monday evenings at 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
