Re-open the main entrance by building an extension from hall to house toilets, reception and meeting room. Knocking down the wall blocking the entrance and improving access.

To fund a Business Plan consultant to create a detailed project business plan for remodelling & refurbishment. Four areas of work: choose governance structure, draft business plan, prepare marketing and audience development plan, do a financial appraisal.
Help fund urgent investigations into poor and unknown fabric condition - condition surveys, scaffold hire, concrete assessment. To include a Historic Buildings Assessment, and to better understand vulnerabilities and need for urgent stabilisation work.
Soakaways to lead water away from the roof at the West end. An existing vent under North wall to be supplied with a cowl to the outside to vent inside floor.
Renew all rainwater goods and fix two additional downpipes and gutters on gable ends. Dangerous roof ladders will be removed and parts of the roof will be re-slated.

Removal of hard cement pointing from the exterior Norman stonework of the nave, chancel and South church wall and replacement with traditional lime mortar pointing to prevent further frost damage.
