Family Intervention for Self Harm 11 Jan 2017
The project aims to establish an intervention support programme to tackle self-harm in children and young people. The programme will provide intensive therapy, while also offering parents support alongside their children's treatment, allowing for joint family based interventions where appropriate. Therapy will include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, similar to CBT, but designed to help people change patterns of behaviour like suicidal thoughts and substance misuse.
Communication and Language Outdoor Project 01 Feb 2017
This school will use the funding to improve their play equipment at the school. The new kit will influence children to take part in exercise leading to healthier lifestyles, as well as encourage them to socialise and communicate with each other during times of play.
Kinmos - Healthy body healthy mind 08 Feb 2017
This group will use the funding to run a healthy nutrition project, which will focus on supporting people living with the effects of mental ill health. This will improve the wellbeing of members of the community who are difficult to reach.
This school will use the funding to rebuild an adventure trail, which will include stepping stones, a balance beam and a scramble net. This will allow children to partake in extra-curricular physical activity which will improve their health and fitness levels.

This group will use the funding to provide weekly mentoring support sessions and workshops for disengaged young people living in deprivation. Participants will be offered support, skills and training to engage them into community life.

This group will use the funding to deliver a programme of activities which will support young people with complex health and social needs. They will be equipped with new social and coping skills that will improve their chances in life.

This charity will use the funding to make improvements to a community-used space. This will improve comfort and safety of those who use it and will help the group meet the needs of more people.

This school will resurface two areas of outdoor space and install a canopy. The funding will improve health and fitness opportunities, enabling students and wider community groups to use the space all year round.
