This project will use the funding to support people with agoraphobia by going into Hull in groups to take part in activities in relation to the City of Culture. This will encourage people with mental health problems who have social anxiety to go out and integrate into the community and take part in events to increase their confidence.

This project is a drop in service for people experiencing poor mental health, who have been signed off from formal or informal care. This will provide access one to one advocacy and support, with the aim of reducing anxiety and depression and promoting wellbeing.

Our Voice Counts 10 Aug 2017

The project provides support services for disabled children, young people and their families. This will give service users the opportunity to make informed decisions about the services that will enable them to lead more ordinary lives. Individuals will be supported and trained to co deliver workshops in schools and to local health authorities and commissioners. As a result of this project, young people will build their confidence and self-esteem to self-advocate and support others.
