The project will support mothers leaving prison, helping them to rebuild relationships with their children, resettle into the community and reduce the risk of re-offending. The group will work with a number of women’s prisons and will provide tailored practical and emotional support three months before they leave prison. The support will focus on working with women on their individual goals and identifying training and education opportunities.

The funding will be used by a charity to develop their sensory room in order to meet the needs of children and young people who are living with complex needs. The project aims to provide a range of experiences that will stimulate, support and challenge people’s development.

The Bridge at Waterloo (TBAW) 10 Apr 2017
This group will focus on helping youth groups in Lambeth and Southwark, to develop new skills for employment opportunities and directly addressing gang issues. The project will offer tailored development programmes for individuals, including confidence building, interview skills, timekeeping support and in-work mentoring, as well as more bespoke courses to meet particular needs of beneficiaries. The priority will be addressing the needs of the area’s unemployed young people.
