The project will build an interactive/human sundial surrounded by a wildlife garden. This will improve facilities for educational and recreational activities and help young people and vulnerable groups to develop confidence, social and employability skills in constructing, designing and landscaping the new area.
Digital LifeBooks for people with dementia 18 Jan 2017
The project will deliver a pilot course for older people with early onset dementia from Northumberland. They will help participants develop IT skills and provide them with reminiscence activities so they can create multimedia journals of their life stories involving music, scrapbook, photos and creative writing. This will offer a peer support network, help reduce social isolation and improve wellbeing.

The school will develop their playground area, installing a traverse wall and floor markings. This will improve outdoor facilities and activities to help aid children's development through active play.

The group will provide people facing financial hardship with access to food, clothing, household items, toys and services. Individuals will be taught how to cook on a budget and a hire service will be provided to allow young people to attend a prom - giving them the opportunity to have the same experiences as others their age. The group will also create a gallery for ex-offenders to display their art and make positive life choices.
Duke of Edinburgh Award Combined Cadet Force 26 Apr 2017
The school will purchase camping and expedition equipment and provide Duke of Edinburgh Awards scheme and Combined Cadet Force training for their students. This will help young people improve their life skills and confidence. The Duke of Edinburgh Awards scheme will also be made available to young people in the wider community to improve aspirations and employment opportunities.
