WEA Scotland Adult Literacies and ESOL Service 31 May 2018
Delivers numeracy, workplace and ESOL literacies programmes to working age people, asylum seekers and refugees across the city. Engages and progresses learners through links with employers and by working closely with other organisations.
Learning Development Initiative (LDI) supports young homeless people, families in crisis and staff with literacy/numeracy tutoring on a one-to-one basis and also within a group work setting.
Lifeskills Project - Langside Campus 31 May 2018
The Lifeskills Project will provide a wide range of literacies learning opportunities including ESOL & Family literacies support and accredited learning to learners from the communities in the South East of Glasgow.
Pathways to Progress - Anniesland Campus 31 May 2018

To provide strategic city wide services in the field of volunteering and befriending. The project also improves the quality of life for the people of Glasgow by offering opportunities to use and enhance their skills through volunteering, learning and personal development.
The Tackling Poverty Advisory Group chaired by the Leader of the Council comprises a range of organisations including community representatives from across the city. A key aspect of how this Group operates will be engaging with local community representatives to receive their input on the realities of poverty including the impact of welfare reform.
